Joomla site - Custom GFX design

Hi!

I need a Joomla site :)

The site is very small in number of articles. I have a brochure I need custom design based on, so the one who wants in must have a carving eye for design. We must also get the current articles ported over from the old site. Some of these articles are not text, but actually images. We will need them "converted" to regular text articles.

I'll provide high quality professional photos for inspiration to design and for site illustration photos.

The Joomla site itself is pretty basic. It needs a onsite PDF browser (ability to view PDF catalogues) + port PDF catalogue to site article. Site needs sh404sef installed and configured. We'll take minor thins in PM for the ones interested...

All in all what I need is a very delicate small Joomla site.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! We are looking for a .NET Technical Writer who has at least 2+ years of experience in creating Functional and Technical Documents that relies on the Microsoft Prescribed Patterns & Best Practices for N-Tier application to achieve the ultimate flexibility and scalability.

Hi,

Want to create a website where we can recruit multiple car breakers and act as a middleman for them all.

Customers (requiring car parts) should be able to go in, fill in a form, providing their vehicle and car part needs, e.g. front brake pads, wishbone etc, which they can select from a list and can write straight in.

Their request should go into the forum based system, which is accessible by (the fixed fee monthly subscribing) car breakers, using their login details, taking them to a forum style list of all the requests being made. They should then be able to press the button stating "quote", if they have that car part and send their price, their should be no limit as to how many requests they quote on.

The system should have a text messaging system built into it, where the customer pays £1 per text message received (it should be possible to adjust this up or down from admin).

The system should have future pay built in for taking monthly payments from subscribing car breakers and a built in SMS system, where we can purchase bulk SMS from an SMS wholesale gateway.

So essentially there is a form for customers to fill in, delivering that information into a forum style back end, accessible by monthly paying car breakers, who can press a "quote" button, and send a price to the requester along with their contact details, the message receiver pays £1 per text message quote he receives, which we can purchase in bulk via an SMS gateway.

Basically want to achieve this sort of thing, without the clutter and confusion. Also you will notice that they both have the car license plate database plugged in as well, i.e. customers can put their number plate into that field and it brings their car up. If you can also obtain and install that, thats better still.

Assistance with global object in C++ dll

Description

Attached is a simple dll with a CodeBlocks project using MingW. It uses the Vole library to call a COM object (http://vole.sourceforge.net).

I have run into a stumbling block in that the object g_pTradeDesk2 needs to be global so it can be accessed from other dll functions (such as the FXCMSecond). However, Vole won't allow the creation of an object and then an assigning of what that object is in two steps. Compile the enclosed sample and change the line that reads:

object g_pTradeDesk2 = oCore.invoke_method9object)(L"CreateTradeDesk", L"trader");

to this:

g_pTradeDesk2a = oCore.invoke_method(object0(L"CreateTradeDesk", L"trader");

This will error out since g_pTradeDesk2a is the global variable that needs to be global (in some method).

This is a simple task for a seasoned C++ programmer, but I cannot get past it.

7) Capable of entering a mode to calibrate the dispenser by counting the pulses when 20 litres is dispensed into a calibrated measure ,Then when the fuel is dispensed the PCB displays the correct quantity of fuel dispensed
example: ie if it counts 2000 pulses in then it knows when it see's 100 pulses ,1litre has been dispensed
8) The board is development proof ,future needs to be capable of networking, link using a serial protocol
9) Based around a PIC chip

Current website is on prestoshop software.It has a problem wheres the drop down menu of the item will not log the size therfore when a customer makes a purchase i do not know what size they have ordered. This i return steers many sign up registrations away nd not to complete the checkout.
I have trid many web-designer who all come back with disappointment to say that they cannot fix the problem. Therefore right now im looking for someone who is confident for certain this can be fixed. Also it is a matter of urgency if you can give me a timeframe of when you would start and complete. If all elese fails in fixing it posiblity to re-do the entire site.

1. The application must be an image gallery which I can easily integrate in my website.
2. The application must gather the image links from a MySQL database (the number of images will vary in time). Every time the gallery is loaded it must change accordingly.
3. The gallery must function like Google Maps - all photos will be gathered in a cluster (i will provide the shape of the cluster; also the application must allow later modification of the shape). The user must be able to zoom in, out and navigate to browse through the gallery.
4. I will need the following: the sources of the application so I can modify them later if needed and a SWF object to incorporate in my web page.

I will choose the bidder who can prove that he fully understands the requirements and that he is able to create the application.
